Concession of use of port land zone areas
In accordance with the provisions of circular no. 8321.6/01/12 of the Ministry of Development, Competitiveness & Shipping (AD: Β443Φ-Ω4B) for the concession of simple use of space the port, required:
- application of the interested party,
- topographic map in 3 copies υπογεγραμμένο από Διπλωματούχο
Μηχανικό και - license to operate a health care shop or to start a DOU.
According to article 20 of Law 4067/12 (Government Gazette 79/A/12), of no. Aff. 52716/01 (Government Gazette 1663/B/13-12-01), of circular 12/56990/02 and of no. 65/16-06-2016 regulatory decision of the Zakynthos Port Commission, the entrepreneurs of the land area of the Zakynthos Port have the right to establish εξοπλισμό σκίασης (πέργκολα) έμπροσθεν των καταστημάτων τους.
The approvals required for the above concession are defined in no. 8321.6/01/12/12-32012 circular of the Ministry of Competitiveness Development & Shipping (AD: Β443Φ-Ω4B). In other words, the consent of G.E.N. is additionally required. and of the General Secretariat of Ports, Port Policy & Maritime Investments. Those interested must submit to L.T.Z.:
- Application
- topographical diagram (in 5 copies) signed by a Chartered Engineer.
- plan and view of canopy / pergola,
- engineer's technical report and
- license to operate a health care shop or to start a DOU.
